Office Remodel in Fair Oaks, CA

This office remodel for a structural engineering firm focused on creating a more efficient and contemporary workspace. The layout of the existing 5,312 square foot space was reconfigured to include new offices, an open office space, a conference room, and breakroom in addition to a redesigned lobby. As part of the design, I incorporated structural materials such as wood, metal, stone, and concrete to emphasize the firm's core expertise in structural engineering while fortifying the space’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
